Do you provide returns and refunds?

Sure thing, we’re more than willing to help!

Kindly call / WhatsApp us at +60 14 742 6145 or drop us an email at returns@mylehome.com for assistance within 14 working days upon receiving your item(s). (Please note: All return requests that are being notified after 14 working days upon receipt of item(s)  will be strictly declined).   

Once your return request is approved by My Lè Home Return Department, you must mail/deliver your item(s) to us within 3 working days (address will be given to you after your return request is approved). Your courier/delivery payment receipt copy must be shown to My Lè Home Return Department as a proof.     

My Lè Home Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns can only be made one time per order number.
  2. Items must be in its original condition, including the packaging/packing methods. Returns that do not meet this criterion will be duly declined.
  3. All returns must include the invoice/order slip – if lost, you may reprint it from your email or your ‘My Account’.
  4. My Lè Home will get back to you once a returned item is received and we will process accordingly (refer to the table below).
  5. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
  6. A return item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a courier/delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking number with you in case we shall need them for reference.
  7. My Lè Home reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period.

How long does it normally take to ship out items once payment is made?

My Lè Home process your order within 1 working day and will ship out within the next working day. 

Item will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 1-5 working days. 

You may check the status of your order by logging into your Account or through the tracking number that we email to you.  

Do you offer installment plan?

Yes, we do! We offer a 0% interest-FREE installments plan,   checkout with Atome to enjoy the installment plan for up to 3 months.

Do you offer international shipping?

Sadly, we only ship to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) – international shipping is not available at the moment. For more information, you may contact us through our email: customerservice@mylehome.com

Is it safe to shop furniture online?

Absolutely! My Lè Home keeps your information discreet. We offer several trusted payment gateways for your convenience and safety. Besides, the courier service we engage with – City-Link Express, guarantees and ensures that your parcel will be delivered efficiently to your doorstep.

Should I register a My Lè Home account?

We advise you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct, and you can trace back your purchase. To register, click on the user icon at the top right of our page and follow the steps accordingly.

What happens if I forget my password?

Just click on “Lost your password?”, enter your email address, we will email a password reset link to your registered email address.

Is my order successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your email junk folder or you can log into your order summary in “My Account”.

Can I amend my order?

Due to security reasons, we are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

However, if you would like to cancel your order before your item is shipped out, no worries, we will process accordingly and give you a full refund.

Can I purchase an out of stock item?

We all know great things take time : ( For your favourite out of stock item, don’t hesitate to sign up for our email notification – you’ll receive a one-time e-mail when this item is available for ordering again!

Do I get a warranty for my item?

We’re sorry, but it’s difficult for us to provide a warranty at the moment due to many reasons. We do appreciate your understandings!  

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and tracking number via your registered email. You can follow its journey to you with the tracking number provided.
